Notes from Season Ending Meeting
A special Thank You to Jason Pace who completed his term as the SMFOA President.
David Bush and Terry Dorr were newly elected officers to the Excutive Committee.
Kevin Costello began his term as SMFOA President Kirk Looney was voted in as President Elect.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
EXCUSE FORMS
If you have not attend a minimum of four meetings you must turn in an Excuse Form no later than November 14. After that there is a $25 late fee and if you do not turn the Excuse Form and late fee by January 1, 2010, you will not be allowed to officiate in 2010. If you have any questions please contact Emry.
If you did work games on the nights we had meetings you are still required to turn in an Excuse Form, if you attended the MSHSAA State Basektball Rules meeting, you must still turn in an Excuse Form.
So to clear things up, if you missed a meeting for any reason (working football games, family, job related, etc...) and you have missed at least two meetings YOU MUST TURN IN AN EXCUSE FORM TO REMAIN IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE ASSOCIATION.
